These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VegasHero Casino website and services operated by Genesis Global Limited ("the Company"). By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
To register and use VegasHero Casino you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- Not be a resident of a restricted country as listed in our Restricted Countries policy.
- Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Registration
You may hold only one account with VegasHero Casino. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and funds forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is AU$20. We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours following successful verification. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers may take 1–5 business days.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses, including the welcome bonus of up to AU$1500 + 250 free spins, are subject to wagering requirements of 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Bonuses must be claimed within 30 days of being credited. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers, including bonus hunting or arbitrage, will result in account suspension.
5. Responsible Gambling

- Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward staff or other players.

You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
